Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must have previous reception experience
  • Competent in using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Possesses strong customer-service skills at all levels and have the ability to work in a friendly and confident manner
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • Able to work as an individual and a part of a team
  • Qualified first-aid trainer or be prepared to attend first aid training
  • Fire Warden trained – desirable
