Kier Utilities works in partnership with South West Water to treat and discharge over 600,000 tonnes of sewage and produce 650 mega litres of drinking water at 32 water treatment works.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Exeter. Your main responsibility will be to ensure commercially, our tenders are assessed correctly and risks identified, procurement of subcontractors is in line with Kier procedures, liaising with the project teams to carry out reviews of progress against contract margins, ensure cash flow is maximised and assist the Manging QS with month end reporting.

What do we need from you?

We need someone who’s got previous experience in a similar role, posses an appropriate qualification and have sound commercial and business knowledge. You must have experience working with NEC suite of contracts.
