  • Qualification relating to functional area.
  • Oracle or other ERP certification.
  • ITIL (desirable)

Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience of working within multi-function ERP teams.
  • Experience of working within a large, complex, customer focussed environment.
  • Proven record of communicating and influencing across a range of audiences internally and externally.
  • Confident, credible and approachable.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn other functional areas.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to deliver results where objectives and priorities frequently change.
  • Experience of creating value for the Functional Areas.
  • Strong evidence of being able to work as part of a team and to mentor colleagues and teams from other Functional Areas.
  • Good customer service skillset, going above and beyond the call of duty where necessary.
  • Committed team player who is able to manage vertically and horizontally.
  • Can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and influencing skills.

Relationship Management

  • Will be required to frequently interact with colleagues and across the business though Oracle Process Leads.
