We’re looking for a Lifecycle Analyst to join our Facilities Management Team based in Cardiff Within this role working among a great team, analysing and managing the lifecycle function in PFI contracts.

 

 

Location: Preferably Cardiff based, possibly Basingstoke

Contract: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

 

Responsibilities

 

As a Lifecycle Analyst, you’ll be working within the Facilities Management Team, supporting them in various areas.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Working on PFI contracts, analysing and managing our lifecycle function
  • Extracting information from databases and inputting data into excel spreadsheets
  • Completely day to day tasks with a knowledge of buildings and building services

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

This role of Analyst is great for you if you:

  • Previous experience in accounting and building services
  • Excel to a high level of competence
  • Highly driven and motivated individual
