We are currently recruiting for a HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC) Coordinator to provide ongoing administrative support to our Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities

We’re driving innovation and positive change across our shared service centre and you’ll be centric to our strategy plan. This will involve providing an efficient administrative service support to our Head of HR Shared Services, including arranging meetings, diary management and admin services across our askHR teams within the centre. You’ll draft key communications, collate weekly/monthly reports for the management team and support key projects and internal initiatives as required. You’ll also manage invoices and raising purchase orders ensuring these are tracked for reporting and budgeting purposes. As we focus on continuous improvement across the centre, you’ll play a key role in our engagement committee, providing support where required. You’ll help facilitate the simplification our processes, as we constantly evolve our shared service centre to support our business and our people.

What are we looking for?

A dynamic, self-confident and highly organised individual who has a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll be an experienced administrator who has actively been involved in assisting project activities, with demonstrable experience in a similar role and ideally degree qualified or equivalent. You’ll have strong literacy in the use of Office 365, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel. You’ll also have experience of supporting leadership teams and able to communicate across a range of audiences to both internal and external stakeholders. Working within a HR environment, you’ll be able to manage confidentiality and maintain professionalism at all times.
