Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible to manage the Reactive Faults by way of the Kier Computer Aided Facilities Management system, as well as checking that the correct Priority Category and Service Element are assigned to every event raised and update as necessary. You will also be responsible for preparing the Planned Preventative Maintenance Job Sheets for each site and arrange delivery to the sites, and also communicating with the site team for status updates and to effect closure of all Events and PPM’s in a timely manner to ensure that no financial penalties are incurred.

What are we looking for?

Ideally the successful candidate will have some understanding of supply chain/ basic planning process, knowledge of concept or similar CAFM system and relevant experience in a Planning role.
