We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to provide financial administration of our Highways Maintenance contract.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you’ll review and approve orders within our Causeway system, ensure operative rates are kept up to date and record operative timesheet entries by checking accuracy of operative overtime for payroll monthly submissions. You’ll also raise requisition for supplier orders of materials and plant equipment and raise cheque requests. You’ll also provide information for our internal and external auditors.

What are we looking for?

A confident, self-started with demonstrable experience within an accounts environment and strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office packages, and proficient in the use of Excel. You’ll have a good understanding of how highways maintenance contracts are operated, and a good understanding of Causeway is desirable.
