Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • The candidate must have previous experience in FM Operations and accounts role with an established portfolio and client base.
  • Be willing to take ownership of the contract and work vertically though the role
  • The candidate must ideally have LIFT or PFI or partnership FM experience and working on long term strategic contracts
  • They must have experience of Facilities management on multiple sites and largely hard services ideally healthcare/medical site experience and processes that are indicative of healthcare
  • To have excellent client management skills
